Your customers share names, addresses and orders with you. This page explains, in plain English, how Cygnoverse protects that information.
- Two factor sign in
- Every Cygnoverse account can be protected with two factor authentication, and one login at accounts.cygnoverse.com covers every product.
- Encryption in transit
- All traffic to Cygnoverse uses HTTPS, and our sites tell browsers to refuse insecure connections (HSTS).
- Encryption at rest
- Stored data, including conversations and customer records, is encrypted at rest.
- UK data protection
- Cygnoverse Ltd is a UK company. We follow UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For the customer data you put into Cygnoverse, you are the controller and we act as your processor.
- Third party AI providers
- AI replies are generated by third party AI providers, which may process data outside the UK. We share only what is needed to generate a reply. Our privacy policy names the providers and the safeguards used for international transfers.
- Payments
- Card payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe and do not pass through Cygnoverse.
- Guardrails you set
- Choose topics the AI must avoid, limit the discounts it may offer and decide when it must hand over to a person.
- Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or ask us to delete it. Email hello@cygnoverse.com.
- No trackers on this site
- This website uses no analytics, advertising cookies or third party trackers. Our fonts are hosted by us.
Found a security issue?
Please email hello@cygnoverse.com with the subject "Security report" and as much detail as you can. Please do not access other people's data or disrupt the service while testing. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated.
